3+1 Chamber Players

This marks the genesis of the 3+1 Chamber Players. This chamber music ensemble is unique in that it is a trio connected to a contemporary composer. The trio includes Kate Leora Meyer, mezzo-soprano, Dr. Sarra Hey-Folick, clarinet, Aaron Kline as resident composer, with Matt Harikian, sharing pianist talents for the initial recordings. The ensemble performs a wide variety of music, from Mozart to Hovhaness, with original compositions by Aaron Kline.

Orpheus and Eurydice

Role: Orpheus
This is the classic opera, composed by C.W. Gluck, is about Orpheus, the son of Apollo, the Greek god of music and poetry, and Eurydice a beautiful nymph. Their tragic love story accounts the tale of losing someone you love and having the chance to get them back if one can follow one simple rule.
